Blue Opal Necklace ~ Choose Your Own Stone

I was super excited yesterday morning when a the Peruvian Opal necklace of mine was included in the Etsy Finds email. Due to the uniqueness of the stones the necklace sold out fast! New Month New Birthstone

October's birthstone is Opal. Before I started making jewellery I only new about the clear-ish blue opal, but opal actually ranges from clear to white, grey, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, magenta, rose, pink, slate, olive, brown, and black.
